- There will be a $50 non-refundable deposit payable (per client) on all teeth whitening, tooth gems and scale clean appointments.

- A 20% non-refundable deposit for grillz/Caps for new and existing clients.
Adore Smile requires at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation. Any cancellation made prior to this time frame will be credited towards the next appointment within 12 months of the existing date or will be forfeited.
- Unfortunately, we do not refund for a change of mind; all sales are final and there are no refunds. Refunds will only be provided where required in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. If our service or product is faulty it may either be replaced or refunded.
- Whilst all due care and skill is implemented in treating all our clients, ultimately it is your responsibility to determine if the product or treatment is suitable for you.
- To receive a great service, it is crucial that you provide all the information that is requested in our consent forms or advise us of any factors that may affect your treatments. Clients will also need to have realistic expectations of the results of treatments. Please consult with our technicians on what can be achieved with your treatment.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any shipping costs when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. As soon as a return is received at our warehouse, we will automatically process the refund or replacement as well as an email.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We offer Free Worldwide Standard Shipping with orders over $200 AUD.
For orders under $200 AUD, Standard Shipping is $10 AUD.
Express Shipping is only offered within Australia for $20 AUD.
How long will it take to get my order?
- Standard Delivery Time is 2-5 business days depending on your location.
- Express Delivery Time is 1-3 business days depending on your location.

- Mails that are not received within 15 days should be reported to us within 20 days from purchase.
- All overnight mail that are not received within 1-3 days should be reported to us within 24 hours from delivery date.
Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination.
