Return Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following condition:

We do not accept returns for:

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us
    Email us at info@adoresmile.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the faulty or damaged item
  1. Return Authorization
    Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

  2. Package the Item
    Use the original packaging, and include all inserts/accessories. Please include your order number inside the package.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty/Damaged Products: Return shipping is covered by us.
  • Change of Mind: Returns are not accepted.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee if The item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Refund Processing

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us immediately. Email clear photos and a description of the issue to info@adoresmile.com.au. We’ll ensure a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Return the item you received (if eligible).

  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired product.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge if it has not been shipped. To cancel, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order:

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

To qualify:

  • The item must be in its original condition—unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
