Adore Smile - Refund Policy

Online Training Courses:


By enrolling in any of Adore Smile's online training programs, students agree to all terms outlined under "Additional Information" on the course landing page, along with the Terms and Conditions linked to our Education Policy.
All purchases of online training are final. If purchased through Credit Card, PayPal, or BNPL
platforms such as AfterPay, Humm, Splitit, or Payright, the course is non-refundable due to
immediate enrolment and full access to course materials.
For Month-to-Month payment plans (via Stripe), all payments must be made on time. A $10.00 late
fee applies to overdue payments. Completion certificates will only be issued once the total course fee is paid in full. There is no cooling-off period for any online course as access is granted immediately upon enrolment.
We do not issue refunds for "change of mind" or "accidental purchases." Our courses are created with extensive care to provide valuable training. Refund policies are clearly stated and accessible prior to enrolment. Students are responsible for confirming local compliance, as Adore Smile is based in Australia and not responsible for international licensing regulations.


Returns and Exchanges:


We only accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:
- Unopened products (e.g., cosmetics, adhesives, adhesive removers)
- Items damaged upon delivery
- Incorrect item received
We do not accept returns for opened training kits or if the reason is a personal preference. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
If your item is damaged upon delivery, you must send photos and notify us at
info@adoresmile.com.au within 48 hours. Items must be returned unopened and in their original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection, we will email you regarding the status of your refund or replacement.
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within several business days.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total.


Order Cancellations:


- Orders may be cancelled only if the item(s) have not yet been shipped.
- Cancellations of packaged but unshipped orders will incur a 10% restocking fee.
- Cancellations of unpackaged orders are free of charge.


Damaged or Missing Goods:


Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving damaged items, with clear photos and your invoice.
Damaged goods must be returned within 48 hours of contact, unopened and in original packaging.
We will notify you within 3 business days of receipt about your replacement or refund status.
If any items are missing from your order, please check your tracking number or reach out to your courier. Orders may arrive in multiple shipments. If any item is missing, email
info@adoresmile.com.au with your order number within 72 hours of receipt. We cannot replace missing items after this window.


Clearance & Sale Products:


Clearance or discounted products (including items purchased using discount codes) are final sale.
No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided.
*Clearance products are not returnable and non-refundable.
