Shipping Policy

All Adore Smile orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney,
Australia.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please make
sure to monitor your tracking regularly for updates. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, and we ask that you allow 1-3 business days for handling time (5-10 business days for online training kits).

Our stock is held locally in Sydney. If any item is unexpectedly unavailable, you'll be notified within 48 hours and given the option of a full refund or delayed shipping with your confirmation.

Shipping fees apply to all orders and are calculated based on the weight and delivery postcode. To minimize any delays or re-delivery costs, we recommend using an address where someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery during business hours-such as a workplace. We also deliver to PO Boxes.

We use person-to-person delivery services to ensure secure and trackable shipping. In certain cases, identity verification may be requested for fraud prevention purposes.

Delivery Estimates:
Australia (via Australia Post)
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 3-5 business days

International Orders:
- DHL Express: 4-5 business days
- Australia Post Standard: 10-15 business days
(Note: Customs processing can delay delivery)

Please monitor your tracking information regularly. If you're an international customer, be aware of any duties, taxes or customs charges that may apply upon entry into your country. Adore Smile does not take responsibility for these additional fees and will not modify order values to reduce customs costs.

Orders placed over the weekend or public holidays will be processed within 1-3 business days of the next business day. We do not offer in-person pickups. All orders must be placed directly through our website.

We always aim to meet our stated dispatch and delivery timelines, but external factors may
occasionally impact these estimates.
